Over many years in the logistics industry Alphatonix PTE. Limited has formed extensive and sustainable relationships with a wide range of partners from a variety of industries and businesses in Central Asia, including Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan
In recent years, these countries have been intensively developing junior type mining projects, i.e. development of early-stage exploration projects up to the Feasibility or Prefeasibility stage, with subsequent sale of explored deposits of solid minerals (SMP) of base and/or precious metals to large international or national mining companies operating in these countries, or listing of such projects on specialized international exchanges.
As a first step, Alphatonix PTE. Limited has engaged specialized consultants to analyze, select and acquire such projects in Central Asia. Based on the results of this analysis, further decisions on participation in such projects will be made, taking into account the group's current structure in Central Asian countries.
ALPHATONIX PTE. LIMITED PROVIDES INTEGRATED SERVICE IN AREAS OF GEOLOGICAL SURVEY
Alphatonix PTE. Limited provides comprehensive consulting services on review and preparation of opinions on prospective exploration provinces and areas in Uzbekistan and other Central Asian countries
Consulting services include:
Review of historical exploration work since the mid XX century
Localized focused historical and prospective ore provinces, districts and areas
Geological and economic modeling of the investment attractiveness of licensed areas put up for auction by authorized state bodies, which allows us to determine marginal prices for the acquisition of various licenses with a given level of mineral resource base volume for various categories of reserves, production capacity, mining terms and target profitability level
Alphatonix PTE. Limited conducts desktop studies to obtain geological information on deposits and ore occurrences in Uzbekistan and other Central Asian countries. The results of the studies are recorded in technical information reports, which include geological information on possible prospective deposits and ore occurrences in Uzbekistan and other Central Asian countries, which may be subsequently considered as possible investment targets.
As a result of research work, information on deposits and ore occurrences in Uzbekistan and other Central Asian countries with reserves of gold, silver, lead, zinc, copper, tungsten, tin and other minerals is collected, processed and summarized.
THE ANALITICAL AND RESEARCH BASE OF THE COMPANY CONSISTS OF MORE THAN 300 DEPOSITS AND ORE OCCURRENCES IN UZBEKISTAN AND OTHER CENTRAL ASIAN COUNTRIES
Information reports include detailed information on the location of deposits and ore occurrences, data on the discovery of sites, exploration work performed and a description of the methods of work. Information reports also include data on:
Host rocks
Ore–bearing structure
Geomorphologic control
Water supply
Genesis of mineralization
Near–ore alterations of the host rocks
Geologic and absolute age of the property
Technological properties of ores
Industrial sites and ore zones of the property
Reserves of ores, main and associated minerals
Mining and hydrogeological conditions of development
Conditions
Industrial ore bodies
Mineral composition of ores
Main industrial minerals
Chemical composition of ores
Major and associated minerals
Composition and properties of ores
Structural control of mineralization
Structural and tectonic position of the area
Prospects of deposits and ore occurrences
Intra–ore and post-ore tectonics of the bodies
In addition, the company carries out work on the study of solid mineral deposits and metallogenic zoning of the Republic of Uzbekistan and other Central Asian countries
As a result of these works, general regularities of mineral resources distribution are considered, a historical summary is given, demonstrating the development of views on metallogenic potential of the regions, structural–mineralogenic regions are briefly characterized, a systematized description of deposits and ore occurrences of ferrous (iron, manganese, chromium), non–ferrous (copper, lead, zinc, aluminum, tungsten, tin, bismuth, arsenic, mercury) and noble (gold, silver) metals is presented.
The history of the creation of the mineral resource base of the Republic of Uzbekistan and other countries of Central Asia, as well as the main regularities of the location of mineral deposits (mainly ore) within the structural-metallogenic zones are considered.
WHEN SELECTING THE MOST PROMISING AREAS, THE COMPANY CONDUCTS A PRELIMINARY ENLAGED ASSESSMENT OF THE PROSPECTS OF RESOURSE DEVELOPMENT OF THE SELECTED DEPOSIT OR ORE OCCURENCE
The prospectivity assessment is based on technical and economic calculations (TEC) of the development of resources of the deposit or ore deposit, which include calculations of cash flows and key indicative indicators of efficiency and profitability
For these purposes, the investment appraisal calculates all necessary key indicators that may be of interest to potential partners or investors
Subsequently, the feasibility calculations and their results can be used as an indicator for estimating exploration expenditures in future years, and the presented valuation in the form of TECs can be used for possible negotiations with potential strategic partners, or for preparing a set of documents for listing on international stock exchanges
Such indicators include:
Internal rate of return
Discounted cash flow
Simple and discounted payback period
Aggregated assessment of project capital expenditures is made under various scenarios of deposit or ore deposit resources
